His passion for coffee has taken him from extensive research of roasting technology to the chemistry of actually making a fresh cup of coffee. Roasting and preparing coffee is a very complicated set of chemical reactions! The founder has operated over 8 manufacturing facilities in his career spanning the Food, Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Consumer Products industries, with a focus on reduction of manufacturing cycle times and implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques… so you get the benefit of a very fresh cup of coffee!
